Graphic Designer

• Lead the visual execution of Furchild's identity across digital, print and physical environments.
  
• Make design decisions that balance creative excellence with business goals.
  
• Turn briefs, including technical nutrition and ingredient content, into clear, warm, polished creatives.
  
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system, modular templates (Adobe and Canva) and brand guidelines, so the social and marketing teams can produce on-brand work fast.
  

• Design high-performing assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
  
• Produce multiple variations of every ad concept (hook, headline, visual, offer) so the performance team can test what actually converts, then use the results to sharpen the next round.
  
• Design for the full journey: first-touch ads, onboarding quiz and landing pages, and the follow-up that converts a first purchase into a subscription.
  
• Work from the monthly social calendar with the Social Media team, including Reel covers, carousels, Stories and simple motion graphics.
  
• Stay on top of platform best practices and content trends so Furchild's visuals stay fresh.
  

• Lead packaging from concept to print-ready production, across raw meals, freeze-dried treats, supplements, toppers and grooming.
  
• Ensure packaging meets UAE labelling and food-safety requirements, working with our kitchen, compliance and sourcing teams.
  
• Design for the frozen aisle: freezer graphics, shelf strips, wobblers and in-store displays for supermarkets and retail partners, plus pop-up booths and event material.
  
• Design delivery-box inserts and feeding guides that make a first-time raw feeder confident from day one.
  
• Evolve packaging based on customer feedback and sustainability goals.
  

• Support the team on mobile-first landing pages focused on conversion, accessibility and clear storytelling.
  
• Design homepage banners, collection visuals, product imagery and navigation elements, and keep imagery consistent across our 70+ products and their variants.
  
• Work with our in-house developers to keep the site visually consistent and easy to use.
  

• Design email, WhatsApp and SMS campaign creatives across the customer lifecycle, from welcome to win-back.
  
• Create sales collateral for our Food Adviser team (product sheets, transition guides, comparison visuals) that they can share with customers in chat.
  

• Brief and work with photographers, videographers, printers, freelancers and production vendors to keep execution consistent.
  
• Support occasional internal requests such as hiring material, event graphics and presentations.
  

• Track competitor visuals, global pet-brand creative and cultural aesthetics in the UAE.
  
• Recommend new formats, visual styles and storytelling approaches based on what is working in the market.
  

Requirements

• 4 - 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in D2C, FMCG, food or a creative agency.
  
• A portfolio showing both brand work (packaging, print, identity) and performance or social creative.
  
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut for short-form video. Figma is a plus.
  
• Packaging and print production experience, including working with printers and preparing print-ready files.
  
• Comfortable using ad performance data to inform creative decisions.
  
• Organised and fast, able to manage many requests at once without dropping quality.
  
• A genuine love of animals, and an eye for making a dog or cat look its best.
