Job Title: Graphic Designer
& Videographer

Main

Accountabilities:

• Responsiblefor creating design solutions that have a highvisual

impact from conceptualization anddesign of solutions from concept to
completion

• Lead on huge variety ofprojects including design photography

& videography identity (to build on visual brand)advertising
websites design briefs create layouts andfinal art work and any additional
marketing collaterals

• Manage multiple designbriefs simultaneously estimate the time

required to complete the work and allocate time according to thepriority of
the job

• Responsible for conceptualphotography & Photo Shoots of

Professional Standard including events school / nursery activitiesfield
trips candid photography conceptual ad shoots etc.for all Business Units.
The resource will also equip themarketing department with necessary
photography equipmentand accessories to carry out this task

• Responsible for conceptualvideography leading

conceptual social mediavideo shoots video editing and ace use of video
editingsoftwares.

• Provide supportfor setup of audio & visual devices andlive

events (like audio mixer mics speakersprojectors and screens) for events
&presentations

• Have anoptimistic outlook and flexible temperament ina

fastpaced working environment

Graphic
Designs & Creative

• Create designs concepts andsample layouts based on knowledge of

layoutprinciples and aesthetic design concepts

• Producing communication asper plan for
• Above the line dailies magazinesetc.
• Below the line flyersbrochures

prospectus SMS direct mail outdoor

• Social Facebook TwitterInstagram

Pinterest Blogs etc.

• Outreach Event / Exhibitionparticipation

stalls booths mall promos etc.

• Events Monthly events openhouses coffee

• Out of home Print &Digital
• Provide final production artwork toproduction partners/

suppliers

• Work with a wide range ofmedia including photography and

computeraideddesign

• Draw and printcharts graphs illustrations and other artworkusing

computer

• Research new software ordesign concepts AI based
• Produce still andanimated graphics for onair and taped portionsof

television news broadcasts usingelectronic video equipment

• Photograph layouts usingcamera to make layout prints for

supervisorsor clients

• Curate archiveand manage data bank of suitable imagesincluding

inhouse pictures stock imagery anddigitally manipulated images.

Audio
& Video Production

• Responsible for recordingkey live events across business units.
• Editingand Producing High Quality AV Content that can be usedacross

various channels such as OfficialWebsite YouTube Channel Social Media
Events etc.

• Create theme based vidoesto support marketing

promotions acrossvarious media channels

• Perform the role of expert/ advisor on AV Production Projects and

backadvise with sound research and analysis

• Handle professional VideoShoots as and when they are warranted and

project manage till final product

• Procure tools / equipmentas necessary and suggest improvements to

theAV Production Process

Photography

• Responsible forPhotographing key events acrossbusiness.
• Reworking / Retouching Pictures thatcan be used across various

channels such asOfficial Website Social Media Presentations Collateral
Events etc

• Perform the role of expert/ advisor on Photography Projects and back

advise with sound research and analysis

• Handle professional PhotoShoots as and when they are warranted and

project manage till final product

• Procure tools / equipmentas necessary and suggest improvements to

thePhotography Production Process

& Email Marketing

• Work on all officialEmail/Newsletter Templates /

Designs for allBusiness Units

Knowledge

Skills andExperience:

• 45 yearsexperience as a Graphic Designer with excellentknowledge

of Adobe Suite of Productsincluding Photoshop Illustrator InDesign
DreamweaverMidjourney Flash Professional Fireworks Acrobat X Pro Bridge
Media Encoder HTML

• Strong working knowledge ofAudio / Video Editing Software such

asSoundForge Audacity Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere ElementsAdobe
Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro ActivePresenterLightworks etc.

• Must beable to work on both Windows and MAC environments withhigh

proficiency

• Strong typography skillswith ability to create storyboards
• Artisticwith good knowledge of graphics optimization for the webwith

strong layout and pagination skills

• Good knowledge of variousproduction media / material and should be
