Job Description - Graphic Designer and Digital marketing specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE Overview: Biz Easy DMCC is a leading consulting firm dedicated to providing innovative business solutions to our clients. We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic division. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and are adept in various aspects of digital marketing, we would love to hear from you. Job Description: As a Graphic Designer in our marketing division, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing content that enhances our brand presence across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging graphics, videos, and digital campaigns that drive our marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
Create compelling video content, from concept to final edit, for promotional purposes.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads, ensuring effective visual representation and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas.
Ensure all graphic content aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Assist in copyrighting tasks to support content creation and digital marketing efforts.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and digital marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in graphic design, videography, and video editing.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing and content creation.
Expertise in Meta Ads management.
Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of copyrighting and its application in digital content.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a strong creative flair.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
Familiarity with web design and development principles.

Employment type:Full time
Expected Date of Recruitment: Immediately join or 30 days notice
Salary: Confirmed after interviewing
Term of the Contract: 2 years renewal
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday
Vacations: 2 days off per week. In accordance with UAE holidays to be announced as private sector. Paid annual leave will be got as per UAE labor law
Severance payment: As per DMCC regulation
Insurance: Coverage including dental and optical
Visa: Support
Board and Lodging: Not support
Accompanying Family: Not support
Probation period: 6 months
Others: A roud-trip flight ticket to the country of nationality is provided once a year
