Growth & Marketing Manager - Dubai

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth & Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, driving business growth, enhancing brand visibility, and generating qualified leads across digital and offline channels.

This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong UAE market experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  


• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms.
  


• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  


• Manage lead generation activities and optimize conversion funnels.
  


• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  


• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and networking opportunities within the UAE market.
  


• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  


• Oversee content creation, branding, and marketing communication materials.
  


• Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
  


• Support company events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Management within the UAE.
  


• Strong understanding of UAE market trends and consumer behavior.
  


• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, and business growth strategies.
  


• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  


• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  


• Experience in the technology, fintech, or digital solutions industry is an advantage.
