Job Description - Guest Experience Executive (Hospitality & Premium Services) - Overseas


Role Overview


We are looking for a Guest Experience Executive who can operate at the intersection of hospitality, personalization, and executive service delivery. This role goes beyond traditional front -office responsibilities and is designed for professionals who can create high -touch, seamless, and memorable experiences for premium guests and leadership stakeholders.

You may be deployed either within a chain of hotels or directly supporting C -Suite executives as a Personal Guest Experience Executive, depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional, end -to -end guest experience across all touchpoints
  • Act as a single point of contact for high -value guests and VIP stakeholders
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve concerns with minimal escalation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, housekeeping, travel, concierge, etc.) to ensure flawless execution
  • Manage personalized guest preferences, special requests, and bespoke services
  • Handle escalations with professionalism, discretion, and speed
  • Support executive -level hospitality requirements when assigned to C -Suite environments
  • Ensure confidentiality, especially when dealing with high -profile individuals
Work Environment & Expectations
  • This role operates in a 24x7 service environment; flexibility in shifts is mandatory.
  • You may be assigned to:
    • A hotel property under a hospitality chain, or
    • A corporate/C -Suite office environment as a dedicated Guest Experience Executive
  • Certain client assignments may require:
    • Travelling with guests/executives
    • Handling offsite engagements, events, or business trips
  • This is not a fixed -location role in all cases; adaptability is critical.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria
  • Background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Luxury Services (Diploma or Degree is required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of grooming and professional presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Prior experience in guest relations, front office, concierge, or premium service roles preferred
  • Conversational English + Local Language is mandatory

This role is designed for professionals who are comfortable operating beyond conventional job boundaries. If you are looking for a fixed shift or desk -based role, this may not be the right fit.
