About the Role

As a Guest Relations Executive - Cigar Lounge & Bar, you will be the face of our dining experience, creating meaningful connections with guests and ensuring exceptional service throughout their visit. With a passion for hospitality and guest engagement, you will help deliver memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with guests, ensuring high levels of personalized service and satisfaction.
• Welcome, greet, and ensure guests are served promptly and professionally throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
• Build guest relationships through suggestive selling and by creating memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences within the system to support personalized service.
• Collaborate closely with the F&B team to deliver seamless service and achieve operational goals.

About You

• Has a thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service technique


• Is able to work in Cigar bar & lounge operation


• Loves interacting with guests


• Believes in teamwork


• Communicates with fluency in English


• Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background


• Is a self-starter and a team player


• Enjoys being challenged
