Gym Membership Sales Consultant

JobSummary:

The MembershipSpecialist (MS) will be providing a welcoming informative andentertaining experience for all members and guests during theirvisits. The Membership Specialist is responsible for driving(nonmembers) into the gym to deliver industryleading customerservices to them as well as our current members. This service musttranslate into exceeding personal revenue targets issued bymanagement through both internal and external prospecting. This isa fulltime position reporting to the MembershipManager.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledgeskills & abilities

• Indepthknowledge of sales practices andtechniques.
• General understanding of theFitness Industry.
• Ability to work withcomputers.
• Must have good interpersonalcommunication skills.
• Excellent customerservice skills
• Independent selfstarter withstrong organizational skills.
• Must be a teamplayer

2) Minimumcertifications/educational level:

• Ahigh school degree or GED isrequired.

3) Minimumexperience:

• 12 years of salesexperience preferred. (Fitness industry experience is a greatadvantage)

Salary:Competitive pay of 3000AED/Month

• Externalmarketing promotions and prospecting for leadgeneration.
• Conduct offsite promotionsdistribute passes and build local merchantrelationships.
• Collect leads through enrollmentand member referrals.
• Book membershipappointments and meet or exceed monthlygoals.
• Conduct tours for all guests and presentmembership options.
• Follow up with newlyenrolled members and provide exceptional customerservice.
• Maintain a clean and operationalfacility.
• Assist in retaining members whorequest to cancel theirmembership.
• Availability to work weekends andholidays.
• Attend mandatory monthly and dailymeetings.
• Interact with club staff andcommunicate with members guests and communityvendors.
