We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Therapist to join our premier hair salon, where beauty, wellness, and precision meet. As a Hair Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformative hair and scalp treatments that enhance both the health and aesthetic appeal of our clients. This position is ideal for a professional who combines technical expertise in advanced hair therapies with a deep understanding of scalp wellness, hair science, and client -centered care. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive scalp assessments, recommending personalized treatment plans, and utilizing cutting -edge techniques and premium products to address issues such as hair thinning, dryness, dandruff, and damage. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the salon’s reputation as a leader in holistic hair wellness. This role demands a blend of artistry, scientific knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring every client leaves feeling rejuvenated, confident, and cared for.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in -depth scalp and hair analysis to assess condition, texture, and underlying concerns
Design and deliver customized hair therapy treatments using advanced techniques and premium products
Educate clients on proper hair and scalp care routines, including at -home maintenance and product recommendations
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas
Collaborate with stylists and salon management to ensure seamless client experiences and service integration
Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and emerging hair science advancements through ongoing education
Document client progress and treatment outcomes in the salon’s digital system
Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport, listening to client needs, and exceeding expectations

Requirements

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Hair Therapy, Aesthetic Science, or a related field
Minimum of ${Experience} years of hands -on experience in hair and scalp therapy within a professional salon or spa environment
Proven expertise in advanced treatments such as scalp exfoliation, hydrating masks, keratin infusions, and follicle stimulation therapies
In -depth knowledge of hair anatomy, scalp health, and common hair conditions (e.g., alopecia, seborrheic dermatitis, breakage)
Strong understanding of product chemistry and ability to match formulations to client needs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client consultation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast -paced environment
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Valid certification in hygiene and sanitation practices (as required by local regulations)
