Head Bartender (Contemporary Fine Dining, Dubai)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mise-en-place, prep, batching, and pars; ensure speed & consistency
• Create seasonal cocktails aligned to the culinary vision and brand identity
• Train, mentor, and roster bartenders and barbacks; enforce hygiene & HACCP
• Partner with sommeliers and floor leaders on pairing moments and upsell strategy
• Analyse product mix, wastage, and COGS; maintain supplier relationships

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-end fine dining or very busy premium venues
• Strong mixology credentials and product knowledge (spirits, liqueurs, techniques)
• Team leadership, training, and scheduling experience
• Excellent English and guest engagement skills
• European venue experience preferred, polished grooming
