**Responsibilities:**
- **Menu Development:** Create and continuously improve a diverse and appealing breakfast menu, incorporating customer feedback and current food trends.
- **Food Preparation:** Oversee the preparation and presentation of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, quality, and consistency.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and mentor the breakfast kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- **Inventory Management:** Manage inventory, order ingredients, and maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- **Quality Control:** Ensure all dishes meet our quality standards before they are served to guests. Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks.
- **Kitchen Operations:** Oversee kitchen operations during breakfast hours, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely service.
- **Hygiene and Safety:** Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce food safety standards.
- **Cost Management:** Manage food costs by optimizing ingredient usage and minimizing waste. Develop and implement cost-saving measures.
- **Customer Interaction:** Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with the breakfast offerings.
- **Innovation:** Stay updated on culinary trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the breakfast menu and dining experience.
