Head Hostess - Multiple Venues (Leading Hospitality Company)

Join a leading hospitality company in Dubai operating several high-profile venues renowned for luxury dining and exceptional service. Multiple vacancies are available across the group’s fine dining and lifestyle venues for a 6 month extendable contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations and seating plans using Seven Rooms (experience preferred).
• Welcome and engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Coordinate with floor and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow and VIP handling.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences to build repeat clientele.
• Lead and support the hostess team, setting the standard for service excellence.
• Uphold presentation, grooming, and brand standards at all times.

• 2–4 years’ experience as a Head Hostess or Senior Hostess in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

• Fluent English required; a European language is mandatory. Russian speakers are strongly preferred for specific venues.
• Candidates over 170 cm in height are open to a wider range of vacancies, though all qualified applicants at all heights are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Seven Rooms is advantageous.
• Professional appearance and confident presence essential.
