Job Description - Head Housekeeping

Receive work assignment, keys andsupplies from the supervisor and sign the key log bookaccurately
Check rooms to verify room statusevery morning
Inform valet service to collectguest clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressingservices
Clean rooms and bathrooms, performingany combination of the following duties
Keepfire exits and stair ways clear of anyobstruction
Check and report any maintenancework required immediately
Update HousekeepingSupervisor at regular intervals on status ofrooms
Maintain rooms assigned in a clean, safeand hygienic state at all times
Pick up anylitter from corridors and pathways
Provide turndown service for all occupied guest rooms and expected arrivals inthe evening
