Job Description - Head of B2B

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of B2B to lead our business -to -business division
and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing
B2B strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales and account management
teams to achieve revenue and market expansion goals. This role requires strong leadership,
consultative selling expertise, and proven success in B2B sales within professional services or
corporate environments.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B strategy to achieve business growth and
    revenue targets. 

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients while expanding opportunities within existing
    accounts. 

  • Lead and manage the B2B sales and account management teams, ensuring achievement of
    KPIs and business objectives. 

  • Build and nurture long -term relationships with decision -makers, corporate partners, and key
    stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and service delivery teams to align offerings with client
    needs. 

  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and tailored solutions for corporate clients. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy and drive
    innovation.

  • Track performance through CRM tools, prepare regular reports, and present updates to senior
    management.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking platforms, and high -level meetings to
    strengthen brand presence.


Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate
    partnerships. 

  • Proven track record in leading teams and driving significant B2B revenue growth.
  • Consultancy background preferred.
    Functional Competencies 

  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, corporate negotiations, and account management. 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and business strategy. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
