Head of mall operations

Manages the general mall function including the areas of property management, mall facilities and services, tenant management and support in leasing, marketing and promotion
Maintains a strong working relationship with all important authorities
Manages operations team to oversee daily operations, including outsourced staff, maintenance, security, soft and hard landscaping, cleanliness, and administration
Manages third party contracts with service level standards for all service providers
Performs periodic mall inspections, customer surveys, and trade area analysis
Manages expense budget and provides frequent budget tracking reports

10+ years of experience in retail operation/mall management or property manager
