Head of Marketing

!!!Head of Marketing- 1-2 days a week in Abu Dhabi office- Hybrid based!!!

I am working with one of the fastest growing Fashion and Lifestyle Marketplaces across the MENA region, who are looking to add a Head of Marketing/Lead Marketing Manager to their team!

This start-up have received significant funding to further accelerate their Global growth and are planning on launching several new verticals into traditional E-commerce industries.

About the role:

• Ideally looking for a growth marketer that can also handle the brand side.
• Managing and scaling a global brand using digital marketing
• Focus on growing transactions from the website and the private label side
• Deciding what influencer campaigns should be run, monitoring influencer performance and determining what spend allocation makes sense.

Requirements:

• 4 years of marketing experience minimum!
• Ideally looking for someone with content, performance, growth and brand experience.
• Start-up experience, must be hungry and ready to make a mark...
• Either South East Asia OR MENA region experience
• MUST of scaled a B2C E-commerce brand, on a global scale.

Additional Information:

• Salary on offer is 25,000 AED-35,000 AED depending on experience, with stocks and a 10-30% performance related bonus.
• 1-2 days a week in an Abu Dhabi based office- HYBRID role.
• 2-3 stage interview process, rapid.
