Responsible to supervise the development & execution of Marketing strategies & plans for each brand with an objective to drive strong brand image and establish our positioning as market leaders in line with the respective OEM vision and overall Chelsy International division goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the marketing strategy in UAE consistent with the overall regional marketing strategy and implementation roadmap, including product launches and driving awareness for existing product lines and brand communications
• Drive brand awareness, consideration, and relevance amongst the target audiences across all brands under TE portfolio
• Drive market share growth through development of brand equity and improved customer loyalty
• Manage and coordinate external agency partners
• Responsible for financial planning and reporting (paired with KPI framework to deliver campaign attribution/ROI measurement)
