Job Title: Head of Operations Healthcare (Home Care / Medical Facility)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing operations within home care services or healthcare facilities, with proven experience in supervising medical staff including doctors and nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare facilities (home care or medical centers) in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

• Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and policies.

• Lead, support, and coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to maintain high standards of care and efficiency.

• Implement strategic plans to improve service delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

• Liaise with government and healthcare authorities as needed.

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare operations management, ideally within a home care or clinical setting.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, especially in handling multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• In-depth knowledge of DOH policies and healthcare regulations in the UAE.

• Flexibility to travel and work across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
