Head of PR & Marketing

AHS, a leader in the luxury real estate sector, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Luxury Real Estate Head of PR & Marketing to spearhead our public relations and marketing efforts. In this integral role, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand's reputation while driving marketing initiatives that reflect the essence of our luxury properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in both PR and marketing within the luxury space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative PR and marketing strategies tailored to the luxury real estate market
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content and materials that articulate the unique value propositions of our luxury properties
• Manage media relations, including crafting press releases, organizing events, and coordinating media coverage
• Foster relationships with high-end publications, influencers, and stakeholders to maximize visibility and brand awareness
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across various channels
• Work collaboratively with sales and planning teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
• Monitor campaign performance, using metrics and analytics to refine strategies and maximize results
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing and PR professionals, driving a culture of creativity and excellence
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring AHS remains at the forefront of luxury real estate marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior role within PR and Marketing, preferably in the luxury real estate sector (10+ years)
• Strong understanding of luxury branding and customer engagement strategies
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing high-performing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful PR campaigns
• Strong analytical mind with the ability to interpret metrics and data-driven insights
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Passion for the luxury real estate market and a keen eye for detail in aesthetics and design
