Head of Purchasing

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Head to lead and manage the entire procurement function of the organization. This role is responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost control, contract negotiations, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials.

The Purchase Head will play a key role in maintaining inventory efficiency and supporting smooth operations across all units.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead strategic sourcing and vendor development initiatives
• Drive cost optimization, budgeting, and spend control
• Plan and manage procurement for all outlets and projects
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
• Coordinate closely with stores, kitchen, and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and operational efficiency
