They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead the sales initiatives and drive growth in the competitive luxury market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing coaching and performance management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract and retain target clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and uphold the brand’s luxury standards in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in (luxury) sales.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams.
- Strong network within the luxury market and affluent customer base in the UAE or GCC region.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on excellence.
