Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Identity key players to potentially partner with by market and develop initial relationships. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, potential acquisition targets, venture capital firms, and other relevant organizations, to facilitate business development and ensure sales
• Sales Performance management – set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team. Streamline and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Business Opportunity Identification: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, including strategic alliances, and partnerships. Conduct global market sizing of the opportunity for diabetes treatment by country

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
