This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Safety Environment Officer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The HSE Officer will be responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The HSE Officer will also be responsible for creating and implementing policies, conducting investigations and risk assessments, and training employees on safety best practices.

Qualifications

Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, and Occupational Health experience
NEBOSH or equivalent certification
Experience in managing and maintaining Health and Safety Management Systems (HSMS)
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HSE policies and procedures
Strong investigation, risk assessment, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the engineering or renewable energy industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
