Healthcare Licensing and Recruitment Executive

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Licensing and Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting top medical professionals and managing the licensing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will be crucial in helping healthcare organizations build a qualified workforce while navigating the complexities of medical licensing.

You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure that candidates meet all licensing requirements. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of healthcare services provided by our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire licensing process for medical professionals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Facilitating background checks, reference verifications, and credentialing
• Collaborating with healthcare organizations to identify staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in recruitment and licensing
• Staying updated on industry trends, licensing regulations, and best practices in healthcare recruitment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment and understanding of medical licensing procedures
• Strong knowledge of healthcare professions and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service and Sales Background preferred
• Immediate joiner
• Proficient in MS Office
• 2 or 3 years experience (required)
• Fluency in English is a must
• Candidates available in UAE
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
