Knowledge in Arabic (Reading & Typing) will be an added advantage.Prepare daily helicopter schedule, periodic boat schedule.Prepare daily production reportReceive & process incoming invoices, prepare outgoing invoices.Assist in preparing all documents to be signed by Manager.Coordinate with other departments and outside entitiesPrepare support documents for boats and crew e.g. LOA
