Hematologist- Private Healthcare facility

SearchPlus HR is currently hiring a Hematologist for a leading Private Healthcare Facility. This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized care for patients with a wide spectrum of hematologic disorders including anemia, coagulation disorders, and hematologic malignancies, within a state-of-the-art medical environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing conditions, formulating and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and compassionate patient care. You will also be involved in educating patients and their families about disease management and treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments related to blood disorders.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests including bone marrow biopsies and coagulation studies.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, transfusions, and other therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families about hematologic diseases, therapies, and lifestyle considerations.
• Participate in clinical research and stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of hematology.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of residency in Internal Medicine and Hematology fellowship.
• Board certification in Hematology is highly preferred.
• Proven clinical experience in diagnosing and managing hematologic disorders.
• Strong analytical skills and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced private healthcare setting.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
