Hematologist-Private Healthcare Facility

SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Hematologist in a premier private healthcare facility. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated medical professional to specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of blood disorders within a supportive and advanced medical environment.

As a Hematologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with a range of hematologic issues, including anemia, clotting disorders, and blood malignancies. Your role will involve conducting thorough evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients with hematologic conditions through thorough medical history and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret blood tests, bone marrow biopsies, and other relevant diagnostics.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, including transfusion therapy and chemotherapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Work closely with a team of oncologists, nurses, and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and supportive care.
• Participate in clinical research and stay up to date with advancements in hematology.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of Internal Medicine residency and a fellowship in Hematology.
• Board certification in Hematology is highly desirable.
• Experience in the diagnosis and management of hematologic disorders.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and continuing education in the field.
• Strong teamwork capabilities with a focus on collaboration.

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
