Hiring for Waiter to work in Qatar

1. Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
   
2. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when asked.
   
3. Take accurate food and drink orders and coordinate with the cashier to generate the KOT  and enter details into the POS system.
   
4. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
   
5. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
   
6. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
   
7. Handle guest payments and issue receipts.
   
8. Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
   
9. Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
   

Requirements

1. Strong communication and people skills.
   
2. Friendly, polite, and positive attitude.
   
3. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
   
4. Basic math skills for handling payments.
   
5. Previous restaurant or customer -service experience is a plus but not required.
   
6. Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
