HiTechMachinery isseeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Recruiter tojoin our new office in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have aproven track record in HR recruitment with a preference forexperience within the machinery sector. This role is crucial forsourcing and hiring top talent to support our growingoperations.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Developand implement effective recruitment strategies to attract toptalent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycleincluding job postings candidate sourcing interviewing andonboarding.
• Collaborate with department headsto identify staffing needs and jobrequirements.
• Utilize various recruiting toolsand platforms to source candidates.
• Conductinterviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements andcompany culture fit.
• Maintain a database ofpotential candidates for future jobopenings.
• Ensure compliance with all hiringpolicies and procedures.
• Provide regularreports on recruitment activities and progress to seniormanagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRrecruitment preferably within the machinery or manufacturingsector.
• Strong understanding of recruitmentprocesses and strategies.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Abilityto work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
• Proficiency in usingrecruitment software and HR databases.
• Strongorganizational and timemanagementskills.
