Holiday Manager

Responsibilities:

• Research various destinations and means of travel OUTSIDE UAE
  
• Diagnose client’s specifications; wishes and suggest suitable travel packages
  
• Organize travels from beginning to end through booking tickets and hotel accommodation, tours, transfers, etc. OUTSIDE UAE (ex. Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Europe, etc.)
  
• Prepare promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages.
  

Key skills for tour operators:

• A demonstrable interest in travel
  
• Knowledge of key holiday destinations is IMPORTANT
  
• Foreign language skills are an advantage

Requirements

Requirements:

• Working experience as a Holiday Manager with at least 3-5 years in a Tourism Company
  
• Excellent knowledge in creating quotations, travel itineraries, and package costing
  
• Knowledgeable in handling customers inquiries and complaints
  
• Prompt reply to the email inquiries from B2B and B2C client
  
• Must know how to handle hotels, excursions & tour packages OUTSIDE UAE especially Group Packages
