Responsibilities:

• • General Health Care – Overseeing Medication and Prescriptions Usage and Appointment Reminders
  • Mobility Assistance- maneuvering in and out of wheelchair, car, shower, bed etc
  • Care communication – Relaying Information from a Doctor to Family Members
  • Health Monitoring – Assess and Implement a Suitable Care Plan as per Individual Needs, and/ or following Doctor or Family’s Care Plan. Noticing changes in the individual’s health, recording and reporting any fluctuations.
  • Cognitive support- for daily function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Nursing License

• Current NBI/ Police Clearance

• Min. 4 yr. Clinical Experience
