Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, communicating with guests, maintaining excellent customer service, and answering phone calls. The Hostess will work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college education is a plus
