Hostess (Contemporary Fine Dining Restaurant)

As Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a polished welcome and ensuring seamless experiences from reservation to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and guest flow to optimise the dining experience.
• Maintain detailed guest records to support personalised service.
• Liaise with floor, bar, and management teams to coordinate service.
• Present a polished image in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Support upselling opportunities by introducing signature menu items.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a hostess in a renowned fine dining establishment.
• Minimum height requirement is 170cm without shoes.
• Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and confident presence.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• AED 7,000/month (live-out, tax-free).
