Job Description - Housekeeping Attendant

Receive work assignment, keys andsupplies from the supervisor and sign the key log bookaccurately
Clean rooms and bathrooms,performing any combination of the followingduties
Keep fire exits and stair ways clear ofany obstruction
Check and report anymaintenance work required immediately
Pick upany litter from corridors and pathways
Vacuumcarpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, emptyashtrays and wastebaskets
Make bed, wash sink,bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and floor and polish brass andmetal
Replenish bathroom supplies and roomsupplies
Tidy and arrange neatly guest toiletarticles on vanity top and spot cleans carpet whennecessary
Clean and keep the guest corridors,service pantries and service areas neat and tidy at alltimes
Remove Room Service tray and trolley fromguestroom and corridors
Inform valet service tocollect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressingservices
