Job Description - Housekeeping Attendant

As a HousekeepingAttendant you showcase the property from the moment they arriveensuring that the guest stays in a safe clean environment. You areresponsible for how the hotel shines and sparkles that all publicsurfaces and areas are at their best and reporting any issues youfind. You also support the hotel in the back of house to ensurethat office spaces are safe and clean for all your colleagues. Thisimportant role requires great customer services skills fitnesscleaning skills attention to detail and a genuine care about whatyoudo.

Whatwill I bedoing

  • Deliverthe best quality guest rooms cleaning services and make sure everyguest feels they can relax and enjoy their time withus
  • Cleancorridors and floor public areas around the guest roomsassigned
  • FollowLost and Found policy for any items left in thearea
  • Reportany safety hazards andviolations
  • Reportany maintenance or repairissues
  • Reportany lost items from the guestrooms
  • Ensurelinen is in good condition and placed as per brandstandards
  • Accountablefor the best appearance of the trolley and pantry area ensuring tokeep them clean and tidy at alltimes
