Housekeeping Shift Leader

LINQM is looking for someone that isinterested in a long term career with a Non Profit as a CaseManager.
This position provides clients with the servicesneeded in order to obtain and maintain income andhousing.

Provides ongoing intensive support to clientswhich can include assessing, evaluating, and coordinating services,crisis intervention and applications for benefits & referralsto community resources.
Communicates and advocates tolandlords to support clients obtaining and maintaining housingplacement.
Prepares, presents and documents client cases.
Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team thatprepares and presents client case presentations.
Assessesclients for employment, social security and disability insuranceeligibility, gathers records and schedules treatment.
JobRequirements
Bachelor's Degree (some grants require thislevel of education) in a Social Services field or equivalentexperience.
At least 6 months of experience working withunderserved populations in a social service setting.
Basic user of MS Office.
Be at least 21 yearsof age with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience; possesses avalid California driver's license; and has no Class 1 or more thantwo Class 2 violations within the past 36 months.
Participate in an annual Tuberculosis screening and/orother screening
