Job Description - Housekeeping Supervisor

Prepare Housekeeping Attendantsjob assignments
Issue keys and supplies toHousekeeping Attendants
Take note of VIPs, DoNot Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms and take appropriateaction
Attend daily meetings and receivespecial instructions
Receive check-outs beforereporting them as vacant
Receive specialrequests from guests and carry them out
Inspectareas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate,supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs arereported
Fill out report and hand over foundarticles to the lost and founddepartment
Supervise cleaning of guest rooms,corridors and stairwells
Train and assistHousekeeping Attendants and advise Superior aboutperformance
Assist with inventory and ensurethat all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handledand maintained
