AnMNC company is currently hiring for Level 3, Wintel SystemsEngineer to join the team and be based in the Selangor
Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:
- GoodLevel 3 technical experience in supporting and administratingWindows Technology Platforms such as Active Directory, Citrix, GPO,SCCM, Windows 10, VDI and etc
- Strongtechnical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge in Networking,Backup, Security, Server, Storage and Virtualizationplatforms
- Having experience inapplication and systems hardening including patching, upgrade andetc
- Good experience in change,request and incident management process with ability to identifyareas of improvement, implementing bigfix and long termsolutions
- Good experience in leadingIT projects through planning, testing and implementation phases tomeet business objective
- Goodtechnical skills to troubleshoot and resolve Technical ITissues
- Good communication skills andworking in a regional remote team
- Ateam player and comfortably working in a diverse team culture basedenvironment
