Job Description - HR Admin

HR COORDINATOR -INITIALLY 3 MONTHS - 35 HOURS PER WEEK - 16.23ph PAYE or 21.48phUmbrella

As a HRCoordinator, you ll provide advice on the organisation s policies,procedures and practices to our managers and staff. You will alsomanage the processing of employee changes including our recruitmentcandidate offer process, via our HR systems. As a member of thewider HR Customer Delivery team, you will also play a key role inensuring that we deliver the very best service to our customersthrough a strong focus on qualitative and quantitative dataanalysis.

This is a great opportunityto build your current HR knowledge and skills across the employeelife cycle working collaboratively across the HR team and council.We are also committed to supporting development through training,coaching and workshadowing.

Musthave:

  • Experiencein local authority.
  • HR helpdeskexperience.
  • Experience of DBSprocessing.
  • Experience of usingResourceLink.
