As an HR Admin Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes and assisting in the management of our dedicated team of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain candidate records.
  • Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks as needed.
  • On boarding and Off boarding:
  • Help prepare on boarding materials for new hires and conduct orientation.
  • Assist in the exit process for departing employees, including the collection of company assets and conducting exit interviews.
  • HR Records Management:
  • Maintain and update HR records, including employee contracts, personnel files, and databases.
  • Ensure all employee information is accurate and up to date.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in HR administration or a similar role is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software/tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and follow HR processes diligently.
  • Discretion: Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
