Job Description - HR Admin Officer

We are seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Officer to join our reputed client, one of the leading event management companies in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Keep a track of day to day documentation and vendor communication
  • Prepare and organise the documents relating to the invoices, proposals, vendor registration etc.
  • Develop training and onboarding material

Requirements And Skills

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using MS office
  • Organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
