Job Description A HR & Admin Supervisor is required by a Leading IT Solution Company based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will provide all HR support activities to the respective Country Representation or Holding staff. Contribute to the formation of the annual HR Plan for Country Representation in coordination with Corporate HR. Responsible for all day-to-day administrative work in the office where s/he is located.
Main Responsibilities
• Active management of all people, supporting the business in improving performance and profitability and mitigating risk relating to people issues.
• First line advice to the business on appropriate methods to manage performance, handle employee relations matters and provide generalist HR support.
• Contributing to the output of the compensation and benefits audit and review process including external market data surveys, job matching and compensation analysis for annual pay reviews.
• Building positive working relationships with all employees and management.
• Working with the business managers to identify recruitment needs and support them in raising the bar by hiring talent.
• Preventing potentially damaging situations by education and monitoring of best practice.
• Day-to-day management of the benefits plans and third party vendor relationship management.
• Ownership of payroll process and HR systems management.
• Translation of business changes into practical people management solutions.
• Ability to communicate and engage with employees at all levels internally and with external stakeholders.
• Develop and operate a new hire induction program as well as supporting managers through managerial effectiveness coaching.
