Job Description - HR & Administration Manager

Role Overview:

 

Responsible for seamlessly managing Human Resources and pilot roles in the Administration Department of the company in Dubai. This role requires an excellent mix of managing the talent of the company and the daily administration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.    Human Resources

·      Handle the talent acquisition of the company, both for the company and its partners in the region.

·      Manage complete employee relations from recruitment, on-boarding, training & development, separation, and off-boarding procedures.

·      Maintain employee files and appropriate filing system for legal and management records

·      To ensure regular update of office handbook, with periodic implementation of UAE Labor Laws and statutory pronouncements

·      To develop and implement a strategic appraisal system and employee retention program in coordination with the management.

·      To implement regular training & development programs to employees on individual and on group basis.

·      Manage ERP system for HR related transactions

·      To prepare periodic and analysis reports related to employees' performance

2.    Administration

·      To implement and monitor employees' attendance and time offs

·      To perform administration related functions related to employees' entitlements involving but not limited to IT equipment, medical insurance, travel and transportation.

·      To administer the overall processing of employees' legal and contractual documents related to employee such as employment visas & work permits

·      To handle and process the legal & commercial documents of the company such as trade license, lease agreements and other government documents

·      To handle and manage company's gathering, quarterly meetings and annual House Fair.

·      To perform additional tasks that maybe required by the Management

 

Qualifications and Skills:

o  Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related courses

o  Minimum 5 – 7 years experience in Human Capital Management and Administration

o  Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point,…etc)

o  Strong organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.
