Responsibilities:

• Managing employee performance appraisal.
• Managing training plans and records.
• Managing employee leave records.
• Monitor employee attendance and preparing monthly reports.
• Organize and maintain personnel records.
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR
• Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Proficiency in MS Office
