Job Description - HR and Admin Assistant - Terminus Group

  • Support all internal and externalHR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintaindigital and electronic records ofemployees.
  • Serve as point of contact withbenefit vendors and administrators.
  • Assist withthe recruitment process by identifying candidates, performingreference checks, and issuing employmentcontracts.
  • Maintain calendars of the HRmanagement team.
  • Oversee the completion ofcompensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assistwith performance managementprocedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HRevents and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinatetraining sessions and seminars.
  • Performorientations and update records of newstaff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HRactivity.
  • Process payroll and resolve anypayroll errors.
  • Complete termination paperworkand exit interviews.
  • Keep up-to-date with thelatest HR trends and bestpractices.
