Job Description - HR and Admin Manager

Black Sheep Coffee, originally from London with nearly 100 shops worldwide, has successfully established its presence in the UAE and is now expanding! We are actively seeking a skilled HR and Admin Manager who is passionate about people and excels in fostering an engaging work environment.

Your Role Will Include But Is Not Limited To

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process to hire exceptional talent, aligning with our brand's unique culture and standards.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, nurturing a supportive and positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing with precision and oversee the administration of benefits, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all employment practices adhere to local legal standards.
  • Performance Management: Implement effective performance management strategies, conduct appraisals, and promote development opportunities.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee daily administrative functions, streamline processes, and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Policies & Procedures: Regularly update HR policies to reflect regulatory changes and business needs, ensuring optimal operational flow.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources within the hospitality sector in UAE.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Attributes: Leadership presence, proactive problem-solving, and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
