Job Description - HR And Administration Executive

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HR And Administration Executive in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Human Resources / Corporate Administration sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Manage end -to -end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution professionally.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation accuracy.
  • Administer employee benefits and coordinate enrollment processes.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate administrative activities and support organizational operations.

Required Skills

  1. HR Policy Management – Ability to develop and enforce HR policies.
  2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Experience managing hiring processes.
  3. Employee Relations – Handling grievances and workplace concerns.
  4. Benefits Administration – Managing employee benefits programs.
  5. Labor Law Compliance – Understanding employment regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • HRMS/HRIS software proficiency.
  • HR analytics and reporting.
  • Employee engagement program management.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 3–5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment. Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations is essential. Exposure to fast -paced and diverse industries will be an added advantage.

Education

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferred: MBA HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Additional Certifications: SHRM -CP, PHR, CIPD.
