Responsibilities

• Manage office facilities and support any office expansion or new offices
• Organise and maintain office supplies liasing with the relevant suppliers and ensure costs are competitive
• General office management including organising maintenance, servicing of fire extinguishers
• Manage office telecoms, Wi-Fi and internet
• Health and safety representative for the Dubai office, ensure the office is operating in safely
• Arrange catering for the office (e.g milk, coffee, tea, weekly breakfast etc)
• Support the facilitation of offsite events and the social committee with internal/other office events and celebrations

Requirement

• Manage office petty cash and reconcile at the end of each month
• Provide local support to the global Finance team; specific examples would include:
• Coordinate local documentation and signatures as and when required
• Local support for annual audit i.e., coordination of documentation,
• Co-ordinate on the ground banking activities following instructions from finance
