We are looking for a smart andenergetic HR Associate/Admin to be a part of our Human Resourcesdepartment. You will be primarily responsible for activelyassisting in the entire recruitment process admin works Companylicense and all other renewal process. Besides you should also beable to assist existing employees with of any of theirqueries.
As an HR Associate you should be able tocontact and communicate with potential candidates on phone oremail. Moreover you should also be able crosscheck candidatedetails and gather all important documents. Furthermore you shouldensure abiding to the legal guidelines at alltimes.
To be able to perform in this job role youshould have a complete knowledge of best human resources practicesand familiarity with various ATS. In addition to this you should beempathetic and demonstrate good decisionmaking skills. Your abilityto work independently and collaboratively will be an addedadvantage.

Responsibilities
- Contactingand communicating with potentialcandidates
- Reviewing candidate resumes andother important details
- Communicating withcandidate references to verify candidatedetails
- Creating maintaining and updatingpotential candidates and employeerecords
- Drafting and sending employeecontracts
- Guiding the candidates in completingall the necessary recruitingformalities
- Collecting and maintaining allcandidate and employee documents
- Ensuring thatthe candidates are informed about the employee benefits and anyother details
- Addressing employee queries in atimely and professional manner
- Maintaining theconfidentiality of any sensitiveinformation
- Conducting training andrecreational programs for the employees
- Abidingto the legal requirements at alltimes
- Coordinating daytoday activities with Topmanagement.
- Employee all process (Recruitmentprocess Visa renewal medical etc. )
- Company alllicense and AMC renewals (trade license Insurance Medical Firefighting fitness certificate etc.)

Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree
- 13 years of work experience as an HRAssociate HR Coordinator HR Consultant or a similar role in theHuman Resources department
- Completeunderstanding of the human resources best practices and legalguidelines
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills (English Hindi)
- Good timemanagement and organizational skills
- Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
- Having aneye for detail
- Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively
- Highly motivated andreliable individual
- Displaying a welcomingpersonality
