HR Business Partner - MENA

Our Client

A high growth FMCG business have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and objectives, and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Talent Management: Oversee the entire talent management process, including recruitment, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive work culture to maintain high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
• Change Management: Provide expertise in change management to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
• HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR colleagues, business leaders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration in implementing HR strategies.
• HR Base for BU's: Ensure a structured HR set-up / base with clear job weighting, salary scale and development process within the grading system.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and mitigate risks related to HR practices.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Management of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred
• Specialized accredited certificate in HR from SHRM / CIPD
• 10-12 years in HR with at least 6 years in a leadership position, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Fluent Arabic speaker is essential.
