Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end HR administration and recruitment at Small Steps offices as required.
- Deal with basic HR queries and information as required.
- Entering new starters and leavers data onto company systems,welcoming new employees to the business, and developing ongoingimprovements to corporate and local inductions.
- Ensure all new starter information and induction courses are set upvia e-learning, and office equipment is issued working with our ITPartners.
- Issue Contracts of Employment in line with standard procedures under the guidance of your line manager and directors.
- Conduct all identity and per-employment checks.
- Prepare HR data for monthly Board Reports as requested.
- Sharing leavers information with the payroll team and any outstanding leave to be included in final salary payments.
- Ensure HR Systems are regularly checked to ensure the accuracy of the information for internal/external audits.
- First point of call for employees that have an HR query.
- Recruitment.
- Note-taking at meetings e.g., investigation/disciplinary hearings.
- Ensure effective systems for all HR administration to capture HR Statistics for accurate HR reporting.
- Support administration of all corporate training activity/conferences etc.
- Set up meetings for company directors as required.
- Support line manager with requests for information on HR Policies, working conditions, etc.
- All staff training information/CPD is logged on HR systems.
Work Type: Office-based
Requirements and skills:
- A minimum of two years of experience in HR.
- Excellent organizational skills – Be able to work on regular and adhoc projects as required and be able to manage conflicting demands ontime and workload.
- Familiarity with Breathe HR or similar HR databases/ability to learn.
- Excellent communication skills – Be able to liaise with people from around the business at all levels, not just in your team.
- Great attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- 100% commitment to confidentiality and GDPR. You will have accessto a significant amount of employee personal data etc. that is strictlyconfidential.
- Great problem-solving skills with a “can-do attitude”.

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
